1. Daily Automated Check-ins
We send you a text or phone call check-in daily, twice a day, or at any frequency and time of day you desire. Simply press 1 to check-in, or answer 2 quick wellness questions. It takes seconds!
Check-ins are automated but overseen by real people. Additionally, you always have the option to speak with your buddy for fun, or an operator for emergencies.

2. Chat with Real People
Everyone is assigned to a "buddy", or an individual who oversees your check-ins and ensures you're doing ok. You can chat with your buddy for fun during check-ins if you want (like a pen pal!). Buddies are members of our call staff which include college students, caring adults, and other older adults!

3. Reminders, Fun Activities
You can opt in for custom reminders, trivia, fun facts, brain teasers, breaking news, and more! Reminders can be for medication, exercise, appointments, or anything else, and they can be sent to you via text or phone call. These are both automated and done by real people.
If you'd like to check-in before your scheduled time, you can give us a text or call at any time and that will count as your check-in.

4. Alerts and Notifications for Loved Ones
If you miss a check-in, we'll try to contact you 3 more times over the next 3 hours. You can customize this. After that, we'll give your emergency contacts a ping to let them know you might need help. We can also give your loved ones simple notifications that you're doing well if you'd like.

I'm happy to report that you've made such a strong comeback this month! Recovering from surgery can be mentally and phsyically draining, and we're so proud of you for overcoming the odds! Your discomfort levels were quite high in the beginning of the month and I could tell that was also affecting your mood. However, we worked together to stay dilligent with your phsyical therapy stretches and your medications, while also keeping your spirits up with daily brain games.
